Optimizing Digestion: PlanET Eco® Cover & Oxygen Technologies

The PlanET eco® cover (EcoNet) system uses a thick synthetic mesh netting that is integrated with the roof system that fosters the growth of naturally occurring desulfurization bacteria, removing significant amounts of H₂S directly from the raw biogas to improve gas quality. This polyethylene (PE) fabric offers sufficient area to act as a surface for H₂S removal and is more stable and maintenance friendly than comparable structures. With the PlanET eco® cover, you benefit from higher H₂S removal efficiency, targeted cost reduction and improved corrosion resistance.

In addition, our oxygen generators provide controlled microaeration into the anaerobic environment, facilitating the growth of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria to convert hydrogen sulfide into elemental sulfur — all without affecting methane production.
